Is the jewelry waterproof?

All of my jewelry made with gold filled, sterling silver or stainless steel are made to last in time. They are also waterproof, but in order to keep your beautiful jewelry in perfect condition, we always advise to keep the items out of contact with chemicals, strong perfumes or too long in water.

What is 14k gold filled?

Gold Filled jewelry is a base metal bonded with a thick layer of gold ( usually 5% or 1/20 ). It is durable and resistant to tarnishing. It contains 100x more real gold than those plated in gold (1/20 made of real gold). The technique applied to obtain filled gold makes the jewel very solid and durable.

Canada

The basic shipping to Canada doesn't include a tracking. The estimated delivery is between 2 and 7 days. It can take about 2 business weeks to get to BC, AB, MB, YT, NT, NU

You can upgrade your order with a tracking number or Xpress Post option.

Free tracking with a purchase over $100 excluding taxes.

United States

The basic shipping to USA contains a tracking number except for the extension chain.
The estimated delivery is 5-13 business days. You can upgrade your shipping if needed.


I will do my best to ensure that the delivery times are accurate, but it is not in my power to guarantee them.

Packaging 🎁

Your jewelry will be carefully packed on a cardboard with a bow unless you purchase a gift box.

Error in your address

If the postal service made a mistake or I did, (it happens) and the address is correct, I will send it back to you at the same address for free.


If there was an error in your address or if it was incomplete and it has been sent:
- Pay the shipping cost so that I can resend it to you (in case I receive the parcel back)
OR
- Obtain a refund for the price of the item only. Delivery charges are not refundable. (in case I receive the parcel back)
OR
- Get a discount and I will send you a new one. ( in case you took the free standard shipping and I haven't received it back)

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

-Custom or personalized orders

-Items on sale

Conditions of return : The jewelry must not have been worn for a return to be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Procedures for an exchange or a refund

It is possible to exchange or refund an item only if it is in perfect condition and has not been worn. For this, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the jewel. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not in perfect condition. If the item is sent without a tracking number, it is your responsibility for any loss. Please contact me, and I will give you more information.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the buyer's responsibility.

My jewel broke

In the event that a piece of jewelry breaks, I offer the repair free of charge in the event that it is possible to repair it. The guarantee is 6 months. For that please contact me.
