CANADA : The basic shipping does not include a tracking number. To speed things up, I advise you to choose the shipping option 'Xpress' or 'with a tracking number'. I also invite you to visit the official Canada Post website for more information. Creation Mégane is not responsible of a lost package but you can contact me so we can find a solution.

USA : A tracking number is included for an order over 20$

INTERNATIONAL : The basic shipping with Canada Post does not include a tracking number. I advise you to choose an upgraded shipping option to track your parcel. Creation Mégane is not responsible for any lost package without a tracking number.

WITH THE PANDEMIC, A PACKAGE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED LOST UNTIL 45 DAYS FROM THE SENDING DATE, thank you for your understanding
