Procedures for an exchange or a refund
It is possible to exchange or refund an item only if it is in perfect condition and has not been worn. For this, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving the jewel. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not in perfect condition. If the item is sent without a tracking number, it is your responsibility for any loss. Please contact me, and I will give you more information.
